"This is usually our favourite family restaurant, it was quite disappointing of what happened today.Our starters which were chicken tikka and lamp chops, both were smelling really badly; it was rotten meat that was served. Our server, Farah was a very lovely woman who was very understanding and took the meat back but when speaking to the manager, he spoke to us with such disrespect which was unbelievable. He charged us with both starters that we didn’t eat nor touch and then started to have an argument demanding that we pay for the starters even when they admitted to the meat smelling bad and it was rotten! He started shouting at us, in-front of everyone, it was completely unbelievable. Upon leaving, he told the severs that they shouldn’t serve us ever again which is quite disheartening as I was with my family, celebrating one of the family members birthdays."
