"My mom scheduled an appointment for 3 shellac pedicures for her, myself, and my sister. The appointment was for 7pm and they had us soaking in cold water for over 30 minutes. Also, only 2 nail ladies were available for our 3-person appointment. They finally got started on my mom and sister at 7:30 and I was left soaking for another half hour. All of our nails were shaped really poorly. Our nails were cut and filed WAY too short to the point where it was painful. They smeared the exfoliant on our legs and literally rinsed it off right away without rubbing it in. There was no foot massage/lotioning either. They also didn't exfoliate, massage, or scrape my 16 year old sisters feet at all - I think they actually gave her the "children's version" of the pedicure treatment even though she was charged the adult price just because she looks really young. They literally soaked and clipped her nails and painted them. It was such a bad experience that we almost walked out without paying! The nail ladies were very nice but clearly in a rush. It was not a relaxing experience at all...and the shellac chipped 2 days later! It was peeling off our toes in 1 piece. Such cheap products are used at this salon! Worst pedicure experience ever...we won't be returning."
