"Got charged for a “restyle” but only got a fringe and ends trimmed… I did asked for choppy layers around the front but didn’t get those (assumed it wasn’t included in the “cut and blowdry option, if I knew it was a restyle price I would have asked for more work to be done to actually restyle my hair not trim it). The facilities are nice and the girl who washed my hair was really sweet but just ensure you’re being booked in for exactly what you’ve asked for, I was charged £10 more than expected even though I explained what I wanted on booking and didn’t get that delivered. I probably won’t be returning as re-booked elsewhere to finally get my choppy layers done! Looking at the reviews, I’d only ever ask for Mia if I was you!"
