"I know Brewster's can have problems with consistency in how their food is prepared. However, when they are on, their burgers are truly top notch. Last night, I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger asking for medium rare in hopes that I would not receive the dried out husk i enjoyed during my last visit many, many moons ago (ok, just over a year). When the burger arrived, it looked perfect. Not to be fooled, I cautiously pulled apart the edge of the burger. I immediately noticed the glistening meat of the interior had a perfectly pink center. I popped the edge in my mouth, and rolled back my eyes as I savored a perfect bite of burger. I thoroughly enjoyed the best restaurant burger I have eaten in Fairbanks in 30 years! Great job guys!! I must mention the server also did a great job for our table of six. She took care of us in a timely manner with a cheerful attitude. In conclusion, last night's delicious meal reaffirmed why I love to go out and eat on occasion."
