"Pretty cheeky tbh. Ordered/paid online for a meal with two cans of juice for collection (never normally order juice). Wasn't told at desk I needed to take the cans myself. Got home to find no juice cans in bag so phoned takeaway and was told she would take note of name and I could collect them next time. Next time comes around and I mention to the staff. Manager (middle age woman) gets involved and looks in back at a bunch of sticky notes. Comes out and says nope to getting my cans as she can't see name. Woman on phone must not have wrote it down after saying she would so ultimately I was considered a liar. I have been a regular customer for years - you have now lost me as a customer. All this over two cans of juice I had paid online for. Should maybe treat regulars with abit more respect. You loose out in the long run as I won't be spending my money there anymore and will encourage many others not to also."
