"I enjoy the Friday nights. There’s usually great music and the cocktails are good enough. However, I don’t like it in the day time. For a cafe, especially on a road full of decent independent cafes, it’s below average for food and drink and the service isn’t great. Popped in one day to pick up breakfast in between jobs and they don’t take cash! I didn’t have my phone on me or any cards, so my order was left and I went elsewhere. Seems really bizarre!! From the price you pay and the standard of the coffee shop food, you may as well go to Costa. (Or just go to a coffee shop which offers a better standard of food and drink - I’m not a fan of the cakes, but the food at stop the world is great as is Brunch Co. If you want a trendy coffee, alchemy is much better) The service isn’t the best, but it’s run by teenagers and they seem to be having a good time at their first jobs. I’ve had much worse service down the Broadway (avoid Franks like covid!!!)"
