"We Love The food Fish is Amazing but Tonight after Collecting a food ordered in store The staff seemed more in to watching football whilst holding food, it’s the second time not all the order was in the bag when We got home last time We Phoned and they gave it us for free on Our next visit, they take ages to answer the phone and got better things to do then waste Our time, We will just not Visit again shame to give You a 2 Star as Your food is good Just Service & Checking Correct food is packaged is Extremely poor. We Travel in from The Outer area & Our Parents come from Shrewsbury but You Seem not to care About Your business Enough and Value Your Customer Satisfaction in All Areas !!!"
"Very busy at the time I called ..I consider. they spent too much time on home deliveries rather than dealing with customers in the shop. Having said that , you get value for money and the shop was spotlessly clean. staff work hard ."
