"Went here for the first time last week after having a good swim at the local pool. We arrived about 6.45pm and the queue was snaking around the shop and out of the door! Always a good sign. We waited about 15 minutes in total due to the demand for food, but that meant that everything was freshly cooked. My friends went for the "mini cod and chips" - MINI! We were so taken back by the size of the battered fish they had picked out that we thought they had mistaken the order! Amazing portion sizes at this place. I caught sight of the donner meat so I decided to go for that with chips and salad in a tray....again a HUGE portion and only £4.30! I really couldnt fault it, it was delicious. Cant wait to go back."
