"Tried this new(to us!) place for fish and chips. I had the Shrimp Basket, and my hubby had the Seafood Combo. The shrimp was nice and big! Seasoning was perfect. I thought the fries were a bit too salty. Then again, I'm used to low sodium food. My hubby thought they were perfect. Where it says "toasted bun" on the menu, they mean a toasted hamburger bun. Food was great, staff was very friendly and we'll definitely be going back!! Order ahead by phone!! Outside seating is very limited, 2 small tables with chairs!"
"So I love the fish cage but I will say the only thing I really love is the fish. Oh and the banana pudding is pretty good. But an unfortunate event happened when I ordered a side of collard greens. I received my food and immediately noticed the collard greens were half cabbage. Now if I liked cabbage that wouldn’t be a problem, but I do not. And when expecting smoky collard greens and you receive something with a sweet sour taste it can be kind of upsetting. I paid 18$ for my food including tip and unfortunately I just wasn’t able to eat anything other than the fish."
