"Service is too bad but the foods are good, especially the seafood fried rice is the best for me. I've found this gem and visited here more than 10 times within a year. But recently i had the worst experience ever. I was told to wait 20 minutes to sit at the round table with my family members and after 20 minutes of waiting outside (it was a bit chilly) we came bsck and they said because there is another group waiting for it, we're not allowed to have the table. We asked the server(or manager) that the owner told us to wait 20 minutes and how come they're just giving it away to another group. Their answer was 'ask the boss'. I did not want to ruin my family dinner so just grabbed any empty table but one of the food wasn't served ever (went wrong table; in front of ours). As i was about to pay at the till, the owner asked 'do you still want your food or cancel it?(they didn't even started to cook until we're done with the other 4 dishes.)' There was no apologies about anything. Apparently we are so disappointed with the way he is treating customers/managing restaurant. Not sure if I'll be there again or not."
"I was looking forward to this food after not ordering from the restaurant for a few years. Ordered some staple dishes and not impressed.. Chicken in the fried rice was dark & hard. Chinese balls were hard. I will stick with mall food court Chinese food, so much tastier!"
