"Went here a few months ago to get a helix piercing done, at first all was fine, lovely welcoming staff. The procedure itself was done hygienically with the correct equipment, however the piercing was placed through cartilage meaning it never fully healed correctly. I now have a permanent lump on my ear, the piercing was also put in wonky and much further down on the ear than expected."
