"When I read the reviews there were a lot of bad ones but also a lot of good ones. One being that they are the best priced in town and how fairly priced they were. I walk in, it’s smoky and reeks of cigarettes. I should have left then. I got charged $80 for the worst service I’ve ever had in the nail salons. My nails started chipping and coming off after TWO days!!!!!! I also got cut deeper then I ever have and it lasted almost a week. I have gotten my nails done for 15+ years and this is the worst salon I’ve ever stepped foot into. Ican’t believe they charge so much for such terrible service. I will NEVER be back and make sure anyone that I know also doesn’t come back."
"This just wasn’t a great experience. I had an appointment for 2 and wound up sitting in an empty chair for 30 minutes. The nail tech filled the bin with water and it was tepid, so I requested warmer water. She brought a kettle of boiling water to pour in and burned my feet. After that, the other nail tech came and everything was fine until she painted my toes. She put my Birkenstocks back on to paint my toes, which I thought was weird. Then the shoes were stiff, because they were Birkenstocks, and she kept getting frustrated with me because I couldn’t hold my foot down at that angle and she wound JERK my feet. Then she got frustrated because my little toe was in the shoe and not available for her to paint. To top it off, she got fingernail polish all over my shoes and did not apologize. And when I took off my shoe to get the nail polish off, she complained about me to a coworker while pointing at me. I was embarrassed, and also had ruined (and expensive!) shoes. I still tipped, because times are hard. But this place is not worth anything, especially a $60 pedicure that wound up costing $100 more because now I get to replace my shoes."
