"We've been searching for 4 years in the Bay to find a great Chinese...non have ever been close , until the other night when I discovered this excellent Chinese when " my usual not so great Chinese" I use to go to didn't answer their phone. My gain!!! As I discovered the Golden Lilly instead! Ordered twice in one week. The prawn crackers are light , fresh and amazing! The ribs are the best I've ever had, the curry is amazing! The singerpore Chow Mein was delicious and the omelette and chips tasty. Can't wait to sample more as I've been looking for a great Chinese like this for 4 years since moving here. The man on the phone is always a pleasure to talk to and order your food with...he's very friendly and good at his job..could be the owner... The delivery man is great! He found a very difficult house to find as other Chinese delivery people in the past have never found the house and the food ends up going cold ! and another plus with Golden Lily is it arrives swiftly and is piping hot! 5 stars from me. Now I get excited to have a Chinese and it doesn't feel like a dread when you want a takeaway. Keep up the excellent food and service. Thank you! The lady in blue house."
"We're in town on holiday,and my wife fancied a Chinese meal,to take back to our Caravan. Found The Golden Lily, purely by chance,and i'm glad we did! Lovely food,especially my spare ribs. It's cash only though,so go prepared. Well worth it though. Highly recommended"
