"I have had both good and bad experiences with Henry nails. Today’s experience was terrible, I went in with the intent of getting my toes and eyebrows done. I only got my toes done. While they look great, it’s not the color I wanted (even after telling him twice) and I was pressured into getting gel. I kept telling him no, until I gave in and I said yes so that he would stop asking. On top of that, he barely spoke English so I had a hard time understanding him and he had a harder time understanding me. The language barrier wouldn’t have been a problem, but not when you are receiving a service. It was an awful experience. I don’t think I’ll be returning. I didn’t even get my eyebrows done because at that point I was just ready to leave."
