"Staff is always slow, plan to spend 15-30 minutes in here in the morning, even for just a coffee. It’s almost like they’re trained to be slow and inconsiderable of anyone’s time . The people in the back keep the business running, food is decent. Maybe invest in better people who can take orders move at a normal pace"
"I hate doing bad reviews but when I do feel obligated to do them it’s because a place truly deserves it and people should be aware of bad business practices. When I entered I was greeted by being ignored for a while even though there was no line or other customers. Once I was acknowledged the front desk person was incredibly rude and just unprofessional about taking my order, I did my best to remain calm and even tried to make a joke but she just got worse so I told her to cancel the order and I left."
