"Ladies at the front desk do not attend you probably. They are not willing to help you at all. They don’t have the right actitud. The nurse who attend me was not friendly at all, she was trying to do everything quick . The doctor was also not willing to listen , she just want to have a 5 minute or less conversation and leave. When I want to tell her my symptoms, she just told me stop talking. I will definitely not be coming back at all. Not the friendliest place to be seen . I definitely did not feel welcome here."
"I have some concerns about this office. The receptionist over charged me on a copay even after I had the insurance rep call them and ask to speak with their office manager. The manager didn’t take the call “she was at lunch”. I haven’t received my money back and the claim went through that I didn’t owe a copay. The Dr was really dismissive also. After expressing my family history she wasn’t concerned about completing my annual test or lab “oh you should be fine”. I hadn’t seen a Dr in over 2 yrs. I’m changing Doctors."
"I had a really good time here with the workers they were nice and helped me out a lot. The one that looks a little light complicated brownish girl was really nice and helped me with what I needed to get done."
