"I Politely confronted the staff here on the quality of food being low to average. I Was treated very poorly, the staff were quite aggressive when challenged about the type of food they serve (ie quality). The prices were higher than average but your better off finding your Chinese takeaway from somewhere else. Preferably. In particular, do not order the lemon chicken from this restaurant I was given a small portion of chicken and an extremely large amount of extremely sour lemon sauce which took up more than half the box and was topped off with extra lemon slices…it was so off putting I couldn’t eat the dish. No restaurant in their sound mind would cater to their customers like this. It might be a single dish that I refer to but in my experience larger chains tend to handle this dish better as they bear in mind their target audience and customers. Again it’s just one dish that could be better. It’s not hard, it just takes someone to point it out. I think this restaurant needs to rethink their approach to this dish and their attitude towards customers. Also despite being as friendly and as polite as possible I was treated with disrespect and was left unsatisfied. I hope this restaurant takes criticism well and improves. All considered they also messed up my phone order and had the audacity to blame me as the customer when I went into the store and this was very insulting. Otherwise I do love Chinese food as a whole. But this restaurant deserves my criticism and no customer should ever be left feeling any lesser."
