"I've had gel extensions and shellac manicures here about 6-8 times. They are cheap, quick and do the manicures very well. I've never had my manicure peel, even after one month. As they are close to where I live, it's convenient for me. However, their customer service needs work. There's not much of a greeting. When you're getting your nails done, they don't make an effort to have a conversation with you or build a relationship. They talk in a different language most of the time. Another major thing is that the hygiene is really poor. The desks are always dirty from previous manicures. They don't sterilise their equipment. There are no cleaning products in sight. Towels look reused and dirty."
"I go here every time and I am never disappointed!! The girls always advise me on what to get and every single time I leave loving my nails, genuinely don't understand why some of these reviews are so negative, definitely the best nail shop around and I recommend to everyone around me."
