"i showed a simple design with a swoop and lines. the paint was so thin i asked for a third layer but she told me it would be too thick. so now i have blotches of paint missing. there’s paint and glue left all over my hands like i would be working there. i have a crooked nail and everything is lopsided. it got so bad that i told her to not put the rest of the design on there. would not recommend unless you want just a single color and simple short nails."
"Worst experience ever!! They were late for my appointment!! Lied about pricing over the phone!! Overcharged me at the counter and with a condensing and rude tone raised his phone yelling at me saying I was in the wrong! When he lied! DONT GO HERE"
"This place was recommended by a coworker. The interior was spacious and open with a soft gray color palette. Very well-lit and seating was open and plentiful.
I did not make an appointment because I wanted to witness their overall customer service firsthand. I was politely greeted at the front door and asked what services I needed, was immediately seated with nail tech “Laura”, and I could not be more pleased.
Laura was very organized and neat, told me she has been working in this profession for 5 1/2 years, and her attention to detail was proof that she takes great pride in her skill.
My only negative in this experience is the fact that they only take cash payments and this was not posted anywhere for me to see prior to services. Fortunately, I had the cash in hand, but I do not always carry cash.
I will return to MiMi Nails & Spa."
