"The food there is amazing"

"Something very odd about this place. Does not take card payment, only cash. Tax fiddle? Doesn't deliver or want to be on any of the regular apps it would appear. Is almost impossible to get through on the phone and takes an age to make it if you go in. They need to get with the modern ages."
