"I would like to share the very positive experience I had recently when visiting the Original Hair Loss Clinic to select a wig and head wear further to my chemotherapy. On arrival I was offered a drink during the short wait for my appointment with Sandra. Sandra took her time to explain to me the different types of wig and their benefits and made me feel relaxed and not at all rushed. There was a good selection of both wigs and head wear are to choose from both in the salon and from brochures. It was made clear that there was no obligation to purchase, even if I ordered from the brochures but later found it to be unsuitable. I finally selected a wig from the stock in the salon which Sandra then trimmed and styled to my requirements at no extra cost, even offering to trim it again if I felt it needed it at a later date. All in all it was a very positive experience made all the better by a lovely lady who understood what I was going through and made me feel at ease and not at all embarrassed.
