"Rented a boat for 24 hours and had a blast! Matt the manager was helpful and very personable, explained everything about the boat, the lake, and best places to go. Most importantly, Matt explained safety issues, Arkansas boater laws, and where not to go (shallow and/or debris filled areas that could hurt the boat). The girls on staff at the marina were just as helpful, upbeat, and friendly. They recommended dockside restaurants that we could pull up to and get dinner - that was a unique and fun experience! When we returned the boat everyone genuinely wanted to know about our experience, including Matt, although he was very busy tending to multiple customers and issues but still stopped what he was doing to check on us. I noticed that Matt was holding a chewed up propeller in his hand from a customer that had apparently gone into some shallow areas and these expenses get passed to the customer. I would recommend heeding the warnings that Matt and his staff give on where to not go (they give you a map of the lake as well and the map fully explains where these areas are). Overall, a great experience and we definitely plan to rent from here again! Dan & Mickey Baker"
