"Oh dear, what's happened to the chips? They used to be great, now limp thin things and not on par with some other locals. Great choice and the owner is a really nice guy so hate to say it but the chips were a let down. Fantastic idea to have a Chinese AND a chip shop under one roof though!"
"Just walked in and the service is ace. 5 stars just for that alone. Decent service is in short supply these days. I'm sure the food will love up to it's rating as well because it's being cooked fresh. Yum."
"It's okay. Cod was reasonably priced. The batter was a little too greasy for me. Good size portion of chips also reasonably priced. I cannot recommend the curry sauce it was watery and tasteless.
It was a bit odd having half the cooking area as a Chinese takeaway but the Chinese cook looked proficient and food cooked to order."
