"The owners have zero idea of how to treat customers. They will never return 1 cent on anything that is clearly off.They didn't get their order of broccoli one day and delivered tempura that was just sweet potato, eggplant and CELERY!!!!!! which the batter wouldn't adhere to. We "were" loyal and frequent customers but over a few cents, they lost us and others forever. So incredibly cheap and zero good business sense. Maybe it's the culture or just pure just low IQ"
