"I took an elderly gentleman in to get a shave and a haircut plus his wild man eyebrows trimmed. Jordan was able to seat him in his chair in a matter of an hour. I had previously spoken with Jordan and agreed to the services and price. Not a problem. The gentleman I brought in is in the beginning stages of dementia. He will repeatedly ask you the same questions over and over and tell you the same stories over and over. Jordan was so cool that he answered each question like it was the first time he heard it. No matter how many times it was asked. And he listened to the same stories over and over for the whole hour that we were there. He made my elderly friend and myself feel so comfortable and and important that I had a hard time believing I was still at the barbershop. My elderly gentleman was surprised at the prices because he thought he was back in "two bits for a haircut" time. Well he began to show a little bit of temper Jordan was polite as can be and so calm and said its okay well Ill just do you this price. I was so impressed with the way he was with my elderly friend that once I got my gentleman friend to the car I went back into the shop and pay Jordan the full price of what he fully truly deserved. Thank you so much Jordan for making what could have been a horrible moment into something that was so much fun."
