"WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Katie does not know how to do nails, very rude, and unprofessional. Did not even want to solve the issue. She had the audacity to kick out a friend of mine who is disabled. Mind you, Katie did not remove the polish that was already on her nails. She simply went over the pink polish with blue polish and the pink even showed through. Absolutely disgusted by her. Because of people like these, we can't have hope in humanity and kindness."
