"Staff not trained, took 3 phones to get confirmation of booking. On arrival 40 mins before 14.00 hours told room was ready but if wanted access before 14.00 hours a £10 cost would be applied. When got on bed felt like sunk to the floor, windows keep no noise out. Would never use again."
"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed there Saturday the 14th Rooms are dirty the permanent residence kept me up to 1 in the morning needle wrapper on floor at the top on the grass then there was a party in the restaurant with music going all night in the end me and my son left at four in the morning we had no sleep I do quite like a refund as I’m really really not happy"
