"They usually are pretty nice here but today I asked for a brown sugar boba drink and I asked if she could add black tea and she said no and I was like "oh so you don't have any black tea?" And she told me she had it but she wouldn't add it onto my drink. I know it's possible because I've gotten it before so idk what was up today, just make sure you go in the afternoon when the nice people are there"
