"We’ve been to this location many times and never had a bad experience before covid. However we finally decided to return and our experience was a very negative one. We had an appointment at 10 for dip powder and the other acrylic. Receptionist made us wait 30 minutes meanwhile allowing walk ins and telling them wait time was 15-20 minutes despite there was already people waiting and no available technicians. My mom was seated and was told by the receptionist she will start removing her nails first and was left seating there for over 1hr. I was seated 40 minutes after her. All while the walk in we’re only waiting 15 min. And seated within that time with tech. Starting on their nails/toenails. Over an hour passed and my mom still didn’t have anyone working on her nails and still sitting with foil on her nails. She finally asked the receptionist and told her how much longer will you have me waiting , the girl had no response and my mom just literally told her just take them off. This type of service occurs when their is Someone in charge who has no idea what to do and such poor scheduling and prioritizing walk ins. Priority was going toward the people getting pedicures despite them being walk ins. My Mom did not get her nails done as was scheduled. I do not put any blame toward the techs for this experience , we had 3 of them approach my mom and apologize over and over. They even explained how they didn’t have tech available because only a few know how to do dip powder. Not once did the girl In charge explain or apologize for this . It honestly seemed unfair to the technicians and customers that the receptionist wasn’t being honest with walk ins and still allowed them to walk in.Extremely unfortunate. I will be back but my mom will not, and though I wanted to give a low star review for this experience I don’t want too as we have been customers for a very long time but I think this is something that should have never happened."
