"Terrible customer service! I called them for collection and the horrible man was speaking to me for a bit and then decided to pretend that he could not hear me followed by him shortly ending the call. I quite rightly so didn’t go back there to order. Horrible service by the owner and this needs to be rectified as evidenced by previous reviews and the trend elucidates this."
