"Scoops is rated best hot dogs in Lee County (Sanford Herald, 4+ years and counting) for a reason. The hot dogs are excellent, the staff is very friendly, but the line moves at an average pace for fast food around lunch time. Luckily, they have a walk-up window which tends to be a quicker alternative in my experience. Every time I am in the area I try to stop here."
