"Tonight (26th Feb 2022) is the 3rd time ordering in 6 weeks, and in all 3 times of ordering the order has been wrong. Typical Order . Gravy, Boiled Rice & Chips in a tray Chicken Chow Mein What we got on ALL 3 occasions was - Curry, Fried Rice & Chips in a tray When we ordered (in takeaway) we asked specifically for Gravy and a Boiled Rice and were assured by the server this is what we got. We got home only to find we did not get Gravy or Boiled Rice but Curry and Fried Rice. When you ring them to complain and let them know, they only offer a credit on next order - but that’s no good if you don’t like curry. Only when you have stamped your feet do they offer a replacement for the incorrect item, but you have to pick it up - meaning leaving the rest of the order to go cold. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TAKEAWAY"
