"I went to this branch last week and got an iced drink and two or three of my ice cubes I could see had black stuff inside of it, I thought it was a one off until I went again and saw the black stuff in my ice again this definitely looks like some kind of fungus or mould. The fact that I can see it I know the employees can see this which is very shocking as this can make people sick."
