"The best breakfast I've had in Wichita, hands down. The coffee was fresh and delicious. I got the blueberry waffles and while I usually prefer the blueberries baked into the waffle, the waffle was so divine with a delicate flavor and light crispness to the edges, I didn't mind the blueberries on top. And they were fresh blueberries, not the goopy, syrupy blueberry topping you get at a chain restaurant. My boyfriend got the Western omelette with fried potatoes. I had a taste of both and immediately wanted the steal his dish. Go to the Beacon! You won't regret it!"
