"We arrived just as the kitchen was closing, but the staff were lovely and kind enough to toast some focaccia and serve some drinks. Very reasonably priced and some great wood work in the area at the back. Indoor and outdoor seating available, and great for takeaways."
"This is about the Big Root (er..rrr actual tree root ). The Cafe attached is called Mingling Waters Caravan Park & Cafe - so my review for Cafe is separate. This is a quirky retail space with crystals & one man's hobby possibly business of carving & shaping massive trees roots into eye-catching sculptures. It is on the left of the entry into Cafe. The most elaborate & stunning huge root sculpture is housed in a corrugated double pyramid. Prices for crystal & sculptures are displayed but it is just a great exhibition to view. Check it out"
