"Very disappointing. Chose this place for coffee because it had beautiful outdoor seating in the sun. Stood at the counter for a while before someone took our order even though they were in the kitchen and saw us. No acknowledgement and saying they would be with us soon. Nearly left but the sun on the tables was inviting and it was a cold morning. Ordered a coffee and hot chocolate: paid for it and took our number and sat down. It was not busy so we expected it to come soon. After 20 min no show so we waited another 5 then went and asked. The guy looked at us as if we were asking a strange request then found the order on the floor. The drinks eventually arrived without a smile or an apology and seriously it was the weakest coffee and hot chocolate ever. Not worth the wait. Only good thing was they were hot and there was sun."
"Came here without reading reviews, big mistake. Slow service, and was overcharged on account of it being a public holiday. It is not a public holiday today. Also table was dirty and there was literal sand in our water."
