"This place is terribly dirty from the pedicure chairs to every surface in there does not look like it’s been cleaned in months. Then to the nails. Henry did my pedicure and my acrylic fill. I have never had someone hurt me so many times during both services. I wanted my toe nails shorter and he cut them all the way to the quick it hurt. The foot cheese grater thing they use on everyone had never been cleaned and looked disgusting. They didn’t use a fresh set of tools, although they keep it in the pack to make it look like they do. Then my finger nails… He barely put Acrylic on, CAKED on the gel polish and barley applied a top coat. The shaping of the nails is terrible, uneven as far as the surface goes and uneven as far as one hand is longer than the other. He missed parts of my nail while polishing and I pointed it out. I even asked to even up one hand to match the other. Then he proceeded to do some more filing after polishing which lead to him giving me two cuts on two different fingers from the nail file which he also had used on my toes, and I’m sure other people as well. Here’s hoping I don’t get an infection. I will never go back and I told my mother not to either. With so many other nail salons around this place really needs to step up there game. And don’t give me the whole “we are short staffed” you had plenty of staff to help clean up around that place. Also not a single license hanging up in the entire establishment."
"The people here really take their time to make sure each nail is perfect. The pedicure was relaxing. Ignore the scratch the cat did it."
