"It was terrible from the minute we walked in. Booked an appointment for an infill in advance but did not get seen until an hour later. Served by 3 different nail techs each varying in confidence massively. One of the nail techs shouted at a customer that came in when they didn’t hear her. I asked for square and got coffin because she felt it would look ‘nicer’. I am the customer who has to walk around with the nails so this was very frustrating. Barely any communication with the staff about waiting times, designs and prices were made up on the spot. All around a terrible experience and I will not be going there again. If the customer service was good then I could excuse the mishap with the nails but it was absolutely awful. 0/5 if I could."
