"The place looks great from outside. Inside is a bit run down. The food is nice. Quickest service I've ever gotten in a pub. The food was hot and awaiting by the time I made my way to the table with drinks from the till. Staff are friendly. I wish they upgraded this place a bit. So yes, would recommend this place for a quick, no fuss, no frills, solid meals any day. ."
"Shocking customer service. Kitchen staff walking around the restaurant and bar in their dirty clothes. Felt it was acceptable to touch my baby daughter's face and bare legs without permission. When confronted she seemed to have no idea why this wasn't okay (hello global pandemic). Manager was just as awful at dealing with the situation, made myself and my husband feel as though we were in the wrong for being shocked and disgusted by her staffs actions. Head office take so long to even acknowledge a complaint. I detest the place and advise everyone else to avoid like the plague."
